I participated in the Leaders on Board program in 2024 and found it to be an enriching and educational experience. The program provided clear guidance on the expectations of non-profit Board members and offered valuable insights. Through the matching process, I was fortunate to join the Board of Arts for Learning, CT, a fantastic organization empowering thousands of students across Connecticut through arts-integrated learning. This opportunity has allowed me to apply my leadership skills and passion for equity to support their mission and growth. I highly recommend Leaders on Board to anyone interested in serving their community—it’s a meaningful and impactful way to get involved!
