LGH invites you to join us for a Leaders in Focus event featuring Michele Roux, Chief Operating Officer of Hartford Athletic and President of the Green & Blue Foundation.
Since joining Hartford Athletic in 2019, Michele has helped grow the club’s Youth Academy, launch Connecticut’s first pre-professional women’s soccer team, and lead Hartford Athletic to its first championship in 2025. Through the Green & Blue Foundation, she has also helped invest more than $1.5 million into Connecticut communities and distributed over 30,000 tickets to underserved families.
Michele will share insights on leadership, community impact, and the growing role sports play in creating opportunity and connection across our region.
Following the discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to attend a Hartford Athletic W League match.
