Leadership Breakfast 2025: Leading Locally in a Time of National Change
 
Leadership Greater Hartford’s annual Leadership Breakfast returns on Thursday, October 30, 2025—a powerful morning of connection, inspiration, and community celebration. This year’s theme, Leading Locally in a Time of National Change, will explore how local leadership can spark meaningful action in our neighborhoods and communities, even amidst national shifts and challenges.
Attendees will be inspired and activated to consider new ways to engage in and support their communities, learning from some of Connecticut’s most dedicated public servants.

Mayor Connor Martin – East Hartford’s youngest and first mayor of color, whose bold, community-driven leadership is revitalizing the town, fostering inclusive growth, and shaping its future.
