Individual development
Participants will be able to explore their current state of well-being and, using the lens of the Enneagram, brainstorm strategies for increasing their well-being. They will also explore ideas for supporting wellbeing within their teams. Finally, each participant will explore how their communication style may be used in support of their own, and their teams', ability to be resilient during challenging times.
