Leadership Greater Hartford’s Executive Orientation anchors senior executives to the region by introducing them to the community and its business leaders. Participants receive a comprehensive overview of the region’s assets and challenges, institutions, and opportunities for personal and organizational engagement. This external community experience encourages leaders to establish roots in Greater Hartford and make new professional connections for themselves and their organizations.
