Yesterday a few members of the LGH staff and board met with RE-Center for a co-design session to help them create a highly customized anti-racism, cultural humility, and DEI workshop (exact topics TBD) for our entire staff and board.
The workshop, which will be held early February, is just one step in our effort to ensure that our organization is equitable and covers the first two recommendations set forth by our Race Equity Advisory Council (REAC).
