Quest is our flagship program for mid-career professionals that offers a unique, experimental approach to leadership training. See what a recent Quest alum has to say about the program: “Everything I learned from our sessions, my task force, and my coach, coupled with many opportunities to present in front of a group, has directly benefited me in my day-to-day role. The yearlong membership to Leadership Greater Hartford provided to all Quest participants also allowed me to take advantage of much of the organization's other programming for no additional charge." - Dave Doherty, Lincoln Financial Group

On October 18th, the Executive Orientation Program (EOP) participated in an Education and Workforce Development community experience in Hartford, where the group heard from passionate and dedicated educators and youth practitioners. Our EOP cohort learned firsthand about our communities' numerous successes and challenges. Rich dialogue and connections were had by all!

A special thank you to our hosts, Women's League Child Development Center, and our other tour stops, Our Piece of the Pie, Hartford Public Schools, and Capital Community College.
