🤩Staff Spotlight: Meet MAE!

Role: Senior Program Director, Quest and Leaders On Board

Worked at LGH for: 16 years!

Enneagram core type: I identify as an Enneagram 2. I strive to encompass the best of this type and seek to be thoughtful and kind. I know I can also be a little chatty – also a hallmark of a 2!

Outside of work: I enjoy spending time with family and friends! We spend a lot of time outside swimming 🌊 and enjoy spending time with our menagerie of animals!

Biggest influence: My parents. They taught me about kindness, compassion and love.💕

Favorite Hartford spot: Aurora’s on Capitol Ave! Best breakfast around! 🍳

How have you grown personally from being a part of the LGH team? I learn and grow alongside my colleagues everyday at LGH. I’ve learned so much about our community and the rich residents, small businesses, restaurants, and institutions that strengthen the fabric of this region. I’ve learned a lot about collaboration and drawing on the gifts and skills of my team. I’m fortunate to work alongside some of the most talented, passionate and dynamic community oriented leaders I’ve ever had the joy of knowing!
