Rosaida Morales Rosario is President of Rosario & Associates, LLC a minority-owned small business firm specializing in organizational development, diversity/equity/inclusion and social justice consultation. Her work has been with for profits, nonprofits, universities, foundations, and government agencies and has involved consultation, training, culture equity audits, leadership development and strategic planning. Rosaida started her career as a teacher in Hartford Public Schools, left to work in the corporate sector and then ran a non-profit agency for 14 years before starting her own business. She is a nationally certified facilitator by Interaction Associates, a certified trainer in prejudice reduction, conflict resolution, and mediation by the National Coalition Building Institute, and a certified executive coach by The Third Sector. Rosaida is the founder of Hartford Foundation for Public Giving Latino Endowment Fund and the Latino Children’s Fund. She is an LGH Board member, Alumni of Quest 1980 and ALF Class II.
