Are you a mid-career professional who wants to strengthen your leadership skills while also making a meaningful contribution to the community?
Are you a recruiter who has heard about Quest but would like to learn more to help identify the appropriate employees for the program?
You are invited to attend a virtual Quest information session via Zoom.
Quest is a process of self discovery and growth. Participants return to their organizations not only with stronger relational and leadership skills, but with a heightened appreciation for the communities in which they live and work.
“My experience as a member of the Quest2020 class was one that started with a degree of excitement and trepidation in October 2019 with NO idea what the next 12 months would bring. Who would I meet, what would they teach me and is this really a good idea? Through this amazing year-long process, I was able to work closely and be dependent upon others in the class and especially within our Healthy Heartford Task Force. As a 7 (this will make sense later), I am very outgoing and usually outspoken. Normally, my way of doing things is to give out ideas and vision and then wait for feedback from others. I am not comfortable being reliant on others to the degree that this program encourages. By being allowed insight into the lives of others and listening to their reflections on how they see the world, I was able to see my own life and the world in a different light. At times it was humbling, but in the end, it was not just enjoyable, but a HUGE learning process and has dramatically changed my relationship with many classmates and others I come in contact with.”
