Leadership Greater Hartford strives to be a catalyst of influence, a changer of minds and hearts, a convener of varied perspectives, and a challenger of the status quo. Our mission is to develop, connect and inspire diverse leaders to build strong and vibrant communities so that the barriers of age, race, gender, economics and education will be lowered and that all who live and work in this region will believe they belong to a just and caring community. Leadership Greater Hartford presents the Courageous Leadership Series to create a space for deep conversation around diversity, inclusion, race, and equity that is intimate, honest and moves beyond conversations towards action. It is our contribution to the courageous conversations that are occurring all around us.
Who
Leaders at all organizational levels representing diverse parts of the community who share a commitment to addressing the issues of race and equity in our region. This experience is for those who are open to new way of thinking about these topics and willing to learn and unlearn.
