Adam Barbash is a Vice President and owner of Fuss & O’Neill, a civil and environmental engineering firm. Since joining the firm in 2002, his work has focused on-site investigation, remediation, and compliance projects. As the Environmental and Facility Services Department Manager, Adam leads the firm’s South Region in both the compliance and environmental engineering markets. He earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Connecticut and is a graduate of Leadership Greater Harford’s 2019 Summit Program.

Cynthia Gentry is the Grants & Contracts Specialist at The Village for Families & Children. She has been in her current position for almost seven years, where is responsible for coordinating and submitting proposals and drafting and negotiating contracts.  She has her undergraduate degree from Albertus Magnus College and her master’s from Goodwin University. She serves on the School Governance Council at Goodwin University’s Connecticut River Academy Middle and High School and is a graduate of Leadership Greater Hartford’s 2020 Quest program.

Rev. Darrell L. Goodwin, a Chicago native, serves as the First Executive Conference Minister of the Southern New England Conference of the United Church of Christ. As the Chief Vision-Keeper he is responsible for guiding the conference and its affiliates to have a positive and lasting impact on our world. Rev. Goodwin is a member of the United Church of Christ Board, the UCC Council for Health and Human Service Ministries, and the Global Ministries Board. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College, master’s degrees from The University of Vermont and Seattle University, and is currently a doctoral candidate in San Francisco Theological Seminary’s Doctor of Ministry program. He is a graduate of Leadership Greater Hartford’s 2022 Executive Orientation Program.

Marcia Wyvill is a Sr. Market Intelligence Analyst at Lincoln Financial Group. With more than 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, she provides Competitive Intelligence support to strategic business partners throughout the Lincoln Life Solutions organization. She holds a master’s degree from Sacred Heart University’s Jack Welch College of Business, the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from The American College, and a bachelor’s degree from the Universidade Nilton Lins in Brazil, where she is originally from. She is a graduate of Leadership Greater Hartford’s 2021 Quest program.
