Mae Maloney has been named the new Senior Director for Programs of Leadership Greater Hartford.
Mae has worked with Leadership Greater Hartford in a variety of capacities since 2007. She currently oversees the highly respected leadership program, Quest, an LGH program that trains and connects top performers from across all industries within the Hartford region. Mae also oversees the Leaders on Board program, an LGH initiative support by the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving that trains and matches volunteers to serve on non-profit boards.
Mae is a 2018 Hartford Business Journal 40 Under Forty Award Winner and a 2019 CT Magazine 40 Under Forty Award Winner. She is also a graduate of the 2019 cohort of Leadership Development Roundtable, a program of Five Frogs, and a proud Graduate of the Leadership Greater Hartford’s Quest Program. Mae earned a Master Degree in Social Work from Smith College and a Bachelor Degree in Sociology from Eastern Connecticut State University. She is a certified Enneagram trainer and conducts frequent workshops regarding nonprofit board service for local nonprofits and volunteer groups.
